Thank you for booking with Kentucky Derby Buses. Shortly you will receive a request for deposit with a payment link. Included in the email will be a payment schedule for the balance of your booking. payments are due the first of each month terminating on April 1st.
Cancellations made before February first are fully refundable
After February first there will be a 25% cancellation fee
After March first the cancellation fee increases to 50%
Cancellations after April 1st are non-refundable.
