Terms and Conditions of Booking (version 05-2022)


  • DMC Limousines prefers 24 hours for all online bookings.   
  • For bookings with less than 12 hours notice, you have to contact us on +31 202 402 300.
  • With last minute requests (from 4 hours to requested time) a surcharge will be applied with 20% booking fees, in case of availability request, we require a confIrmation within 30 minutes after the quotation issued.
  • Any changes with less than 4 hours notice prior pick-up time are subject to availability; a modification fee of 20% will applicable.
    Changes of pick-up time (extended) within 4 hour notice, waiting fee will be charged from the original confirmed pick-up time.
  • For bookings with pickup times between 10PM and 06AM there will be a surcharge of 20% applicable. With hourly jobs, this only affects the time within mentioned time frame.

  • Waiting time will be applied after exceeding the grace waiting times, to avoid unexpected costs, we offer for Airport pick-ups to book with extra (Off-Set) pick-up time with 15/30/60 minutes extra time from landing time.
  • All our rates are considered to be actual, but will be subject to change due to extreme changes with fuel / gas rates and if market circumstances require us to do so.
  • We strive to ensure our chauffeurs are on time but there are circumstances that will be out of our control; we do not accept responsibility for those delays.
  • All chauffeurs follow all traffic laws, including safety and speed limits. They will also drive to match the road condition for your safety.
  • The client must pay for any damage caused to the interior or exterior of any vehicle by said client. Any loss of earning if the vehicle is out of service for the rest of the day will also be billed to the client.
  • There are occasions when we may need to provide subcontracted chauffeurs & vehicles, but will always be at our level of service and quality.
  • We reserve the right to refuse anybody who is unfit for travel or poses a threat to the members of staff. Money for any prepaid journeys will not be refunded.
  • Through supplying your email address, you allow DMC Limousines to contact you in this manner from time to time. We will not pass your email address onto any third party services or individuals.
  • The client will be billed for any extras that where not agreed on at time of booking. This includes, but does not limit too, any changes in journey and extra distance gained. The extra cost will be in accordance with the costs on our website.
  • We may need to change your chauffeur or vehicle at any point of the booking. If we do so, we will inform you accordingly.
  • The chauffeurs will travel the best route for the date and the time, unless this has been arranged at the time of booking by the client.
  • DMC Limousines will not be liable for any damage or loss to personal property. However, our vehicles are insured in full for passenger or third party claims should an accident or incident occur.
  • We do keep a lost property book and aim to return all lost property found in the vehicles to clients.
    Any lost & Found items will be returned the way the client desires, but under full responsibility and additional costs of returning it.
  • DMC Limousines operates a non-smoking policy in all vehicles.
  • Online quotes do not take into account any event rates or public holidays when there might be extra charges. Please indicate on the form if the booking is at a bank / public holiday or for a Special event. You also may request a quote first before proceeding with a booking. 
  • The statutory rights of the client are not affected by these terms and conditions.
  • All payments are to be made within 14 days (or as per term agreed) of receipt of invoice. One reminder will be sent out after 14 days if the payment is not made. After 30 days, there will be a 15% increase onto the cost each week the invoice remains unpaid.
  • Any invoice that remains unpaid for more than 8 weeks will be referred to a debt collection agency and you may be taken to court to recover any costs to our company.
  • Booking Cancellations and Failure to show; If you wish to cancel your booking this must be made 24 hours before you are due to travel. Cancellation costs if failed to do so are as follows.

    Transfers:
    Sedans / Passenger Vans up to 7 Pax:

    24:00 hours to 12:00 hours = 50%.
    12:00 hours to 06:00 hours = 75%.
    06:00 hours to 00:00 hours = 100%.
        Sprinters, Mini-Busses / Motor-Coaches >= 8 Pax:
        21 days to 14 days = 30%.
        14 days to 02 days = 50%.
        48 hours to 24 hours = 75%.
24:00 hours to 00:00 hours = 100%.

Hourly Services:
Sedans / Passenger Vans up to 7 Pax:
24:00 hours to 12:00 hours = 100% with a minimum of 3 hours
        Sprinters, Mini-Busses / Motor-Coaches >= 8 Pax:
        21 days to 14 days = 30%.
        14 days to 02 days = 50%.
        48 hours to 00 hours = 100%.

  • Terms and Conditions Events and multiple day bookings:

    Payment:
    We do require pre-payment of 50% at the moment f booking and the remainder 7 days prior the event paid in full.

    EVENT CANCELATION:
    Up to 14 days prior first pick-up date, free of charge*
    14 days to 02 days = 50%.*
    48 hours to 00 hours = 100%.

    *Paid deposits will be refunded with deduction of 10% admin fee
